Wilo has made two wastewater therapy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both firms concentrate on technologies for mechanical cleaning and treatment of wastewater.

The two companies will be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain impartial and can proceed to be run by local managers.
