Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales supervisor for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen buyer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inner groups to expand across the C&I area.
Smith involves Sundyne with more than 30 years of experience in promoting highly engineered tools and repair solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish users within the renewable energy, oil & gasoline, petrochemical, chemical and energy era markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vp of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & develop distributor gross sales, while also overseeing training and applications support. He previously served as a regional sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith began his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also worked with midstream oil & fuel OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
