AxFlow makes Danish acquisition

AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump provider to the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries and for water therapy and basic industrial applications.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing manufacturers including Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The company is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has one other base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group technique to expand the product and service offering in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a robust customer base and a sound growth potential,” mentioned Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under เพรสเชอร์เกจ4นิ้ว of CEO and former proprietor Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will continue to function beneath its present name whereas being a half of the AxFlow Group.
