A Swedish tourist was brutally attacked by a gang of younger males after he tried to cease them from assaulting a waitress at a karaoke bar in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, on Friday. The gang additionally stole the victim’s gold necklace earlier than throwing him right into a canal.

We arranged a birthday celebration for him at residence with the household after which we went to a bar near our home in Sam Khamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province.
“Near the time we were going to leave, my mother’s Swedish boyfriend went to the toilet the place he saw a gaggle of men harassing a girl and attempting to pull her into the lavatory. He went in to assist and as he was making his method back to the desk, the lads followed him and attacked him.
