The CR 3100 control valve from Circor is customisable with a number of internal options and standardised parts and accessories, slicing stock and upkeep costs. Trims are simply interchangeable as course of circumstances and requirements change.
CIR 3100 is suitable for throttling and on-off management of a fluid flow such as fuel, steam, water or chemical compounds to compensate for the load disturbance and helps to keep the regulated course of variable as shut as attainable to the desired set point.
The control valves are specially designed for both high and low stress drop service. Pressure drop, excessive velocities and throttling happen solely at the cage window and the plug, which protects the seat ring and presents tight shut-off capability to the valve. A Class V leakage possibility is on the market for prime temperature functions.
The CIR3100 management valve has certifications which embody Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), PED & CE, and TSG-China and the corporate is continuing to improve the sizes and pressure ranges to cater to buyer calls for.
